Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads
- Schedule demos and meetings for Account Executives
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Meet or exceed monthly quotas
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns
Requirements
- 1+ year of SDR/BDR experience
- Excellent phone and email communication
- Strong work ethic and self-motivation
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience selling B2B software
- Knowledge of document management industry
- Experience with sales automation tools
- Track record of exceeding quotas
