Requirements
- 2+ years in technical support role
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with Windows/Linux servers
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Nice to Have
- Experience with document management systems
- Database administration knowledge
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Python)
- ITIL certification
